Our Mission

U.S. Egg has partnered Kalla | Mind Body Fitness Coach to encourage our team members and guests to prioritize their fitness!

The service industry can be stressful, join us in making a difference through exercise. Our goal is to support well-being through mental and physical fitness. Manage stress better by staying active and eating healthier.


We are offering online personal and group fitness classes online with Kalla. As well as group fitness class at U.S. Egg Old Town for our team members and guests.

Post pictures on your social media and tag us @USEGG and @kallamindbody on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Let's have fun and promote a healthy lifestyle! 

Start your day with prayer/stretching/meditation. Set you goals for the day.

Eat a well-balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

Drink plenty of water, avoid sugary drinks and snacks.

Go to bed early.

One-to-one personalized training sessions with Kalla conducted through Zoom. Goal-setting and personalized workouts to fit your individual needs. Fill out our Physical Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to get started today!

Group Fitness

Mat pilates, yoga and resistance training online group classes offered each week through Zoom. A great way to stay on track with your fitness goals!
